The object of Art Avenue Puzzles 1 is to piece together breathtaking Canadian paintings and photographs just like a real puzzle. This classic game features eight puzzles with three levels of difficulty each (ranging from easy to hard), an art slide show, help, and more.

How to Play
Your objective is to piece together images in as few moves as possible.
During game play, click on a tile to highlight it (yellow box) then
click where you think that tile should go. Keep moving tiles until the
image is complete.
Easy 3 by 4 Difficulty Mode
The yellow "Best" status bar indicates the best (least) number of
moves. The red "Moves" status bar indicates your current number of
moves.
The game keeps track of the current score and best score for each image
and for each difficulty level.
Each time you play, the tiles are scrambled in a different order.
5 by 6 Difficulty Mode
Controls
You can select one of eight puzzle images (including the title) to play
by selecting the "Fast Forward" or "Rewind" buttons. Press the "Play"
button to play a level. To cycle through the available difficulty
modes, click the "Difficulty Mode" button (4 squares).
During play, use the mouse or stylus to select and move tiles. Press
the "Stop" button to cancel your game.
For help, press the "Help" button (question mark). Keep pressing the help button
to cycle through each help page. Press the "Eject" button to quit the
game and save your progress.
To reset the game scores, go to Help page 2 and click on
the red "X!" button. Please note you cannot undo this operation.
You cannot select ghosted (blurred) buttons.
